Prof. Xiaoyong Zhou, Guilin University Of Aerospace Technology, China

Experience: Dr. Xiaoyong Zhou is a Professor and Master's Supervisor, and a recipient of a provincial talent program. He currently serves as the Deputy Dean of the School of Management at Guilin University of Aerospace Technology, a "Qihang Scholar," and the leader of the "Digital Intelligence Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Supply Chain" innovation team. He also holds concurrent positions as an academic editor and youth editorial board member for journals such as PLoS One (JCR Q1), Sustainability (JCR Q2), and Environmental Pollution & Control (Chinese core journal). Additionally, he is a reviewer for over 30 SCI/SSCI/CSSCI journals, including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Energy Economics, Energy Policy, Technology Economics (In Chinese), and Environmental Economics Research (In Chinese). In recent years, Dr. Zhou has focused on energy-environment-economy system modeling research. He has led over ten research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Guangxi Natural Science Foundation, and the Guangxi Philosophy and Social Science Planning Projects. He has published more than 40 academic papers in journals like iScience, Energy Economics, Energy, and Sustainable Production and Consumption, with 15 papers indexed by SCI/SSCI. His work includes one ESI Hot Paper (Top 0.1%) and three ESI Highly Cited Papers (Top 1%), accumulating over 700 citations in SCI/SSCI journals. Dr. Zhou has also published three theoretical articles in media outlets such as Economic Information Daily and Guangxi Daily, receiving affirmative comments from provincial and ministerial leaders on two occasions. His accolades include the Second Prize of Excellent Achievements in Social Sciences of Guangxi, five Guangxi Higher Education Teaching Achievement Awards, recognition as an Advanced Individual in Advising and Proposing for Universities in Guangxi, and the Excellent Supervisor Award in the National College Student Energy Economics Academic Innovation Competition (First Prize).

Prof. Lanjian Liu, Chang'an University, China

Experience: Liu Lanjian is a male professor ,who holds a Ph.D. in managementat the University of California. He also serves as a postdoctoral, master's, and doctorate supervisor and is a visiting researcher in public policy. He has held the position of Dean of Chang'an University's School of Humanities, School of Public Administration and Law, and School of Politics and Administration. Director of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, Deputy Director of the Public Management Professional Committee, Member of the Shaanxi Public Management Teaching Guidance Committee, Executive Director of the China Development Strategy Research Association, and Director of the Shaanxi Citizen Science Literacy and Public Policy Research Center. Public management and policy science, environmental policies, scientific popularization, national science and technology security, etc. are some of the research areas. published more than fifty scholarly articles in prestigious management journals, including science and technology management, scientific research management, SSCI, and SCI, which are accredited by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Over thirty vertical research initiatives, including those funded by the Ministry of Education, Humanities and Social Science Fund and the National Social Science Foundation, were led at the provincial and ministerial levels. Numerous articles have been evaluated by numerous SSCI and CSSCI publications and reproduced in full by Xinhua Digest. He works for the Ministry of Science and Technology, the China Scholarship Council, the National Social Science Foundation, Chongqing City, Shaanxi Province, Guangdong Province, and other provinces as a project review specialist.

Prof. Linping Li, Shantou University, China

Experience: Qinglai Guo has been appointed Professor of Electrical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University since 2020. He holds Bachelor's degrees of Electrical Power Engineering in 2000, and a Ph.D in Electrical Power Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2005. In 2020, he was awarded the Special Prize of China Science & Technology Award for Young Scholars (only 10 winners every two years in China). In 2015, he was awarded the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars. In 2016, he was awarded the Mao Yisheng Beijing Youth Technology Award. In 2017, he was awarded the Yangtze River Young Scholar. In 2018, he was awarded the Beijing Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. His research interests include Energy Management System, Voltage Stability and Control, Cyber-Physical System, Renewable Energy Integration, and Electric Vehicles

Prof. Qingshun Liu, Zhejiang Agricultural and Forestry University, China

Experience: Liu Qingshun, professor, teacher of public utility management, doctor of management from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Research direction: behavioral decision-making and social governance. Courses undertaken: "Social Security", etc. Scientific research achievements: Hosted 1 general project of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education, 2 general projects of Hebei Province Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning, 1 general project of Hebei Province Social Science Federation, 1 key project of Shandong Province Higher Education Undergraduate Education Reform, Shandong Province Philosophy Society 1 sub-topic of a major scientific planning entrusted project, and participated in 20 cooperative projects; published 1 academic monograph, published in journals such as "Journal of Management Science", "Population and Economics", "Management Science", and "Mathematical Statistics and Management" There are more than 40 academic papers, including 14 retrieved by CSSCI, 3 retrieved by EI, 4 retrieved by CPCI-SSH, and 1 reprinted copy of the National People's Congress newspaper.

Prof. Vishalache Balakrishnan, Department of Educational Foundations and Humanities Faculty of Education, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia

Experience: Prof. Vishalache Balakrishnan is working at Universiti Malaya (UM). Completed Degree in TESL, minor Moral Education followed by Masters in Education, majoring in Moral Education in University of Malaya. Completed PhD in Education in Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Completed post doctoral studies in Inclusive and Critical Educational Psychology in The Waikato University, New Zealand. Strongly passionate about helping teachers to upgrade themselves in the teaching profession through training, research and publication in holistic education and service learning. Currently, She is holding the post of SULAM @ Service Learning Malaysia-University for Society coordinator in Universiti Malaya. Been working diligently with the internal Service Learning coordinators from the 16 faculties in Universiti Malaya. Initiating Service Learning International for 21 Century Education.

Prof. Franco Gandolfi Georgetown University, USA

Experience: Senior university leader, executive board member, published author, serial entrepreneur, public speaker, and international consultant, Prof. Dr. Franco Gandolfi is currently the Distinguished Professor in Management at the California Institute of Advanced Management (CIAM) in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Gandolfi previously served as the Inaugural Campus Director and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (PVC) of Iqra University’s Bahria Town Campus in Karachi, Pakistan, as CEO of Lancaster University in Ghana, and as a Member of the Executive Board of the Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG), a conglomerate of business units in the education space in Vietnam. Prior to his roles in Pakistan, Ghana, and Vietnam, he served as the Vice-Chancellor (VC) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Manipal International University (MIU) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Previously, he had held deanships and senior professorial appointments at the Canadian University of Dubai, UAE, the University of the South Pacific, Fiji, California Baptist University in Riverside, California, and Central Queensland University in Sydney, Australia. Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Franco Gandolfi holds a full professorship in leadership with Georgetown University in Washington DC, one of the world’s most renowned research universities.
