The paper should be no less than 4 pages. The paper is limited with 4 pages, including figures, tables & references (Additional pages will be permitted at the cost of $50 per additional page)

All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity.

(1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.
(2) All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

2. The official language of the conference is English. The conference only accepts manuscripts in English. Chinese manuscripts must be translated into English before submission.

4. The paper should be original and has never been published publicly. Plagiarism is prohibited. Multiple submissions are prohibited. The author needs to check the duplication of the whole paper (including references) at his own expense through the query system. The duplication rate should not exceed 20%. If the publisher rejects the paper due to the high duplication rate, the consequences will be borne by the author, and the layout fee will not be refunded;
5. The results will be issued within 1-2 weeks after submission.
